
![]() March 14th saw the launch of the new Clyde Valley High School App. The CVHS app is free to anyone who wants to download it to his or her smart phone and is available on the Apple App store and google play. Simply search for “Clyde Valley High School”. The app features a host of useful information including a calendar, news feed and messaging system. The app will also allow send push notifications which means users can be sent important school related information directly to a parent or pupil’s phone. Speaking at the launch of the app, head teacher Mr Quail said he was delighted to add this extra channel of communication between the school and the Wishaw community. It adds to the growing list of digital services which the school has introduced in the last few months including, the new school web site, twitter page, online payment system and now the app. Mr Quail went on to say “With our fabulous new building and the range of digital communication the school now provides, the school is now very much at the cutting edge of Educational technology.”
