Members of the sixth year transformed the assembly hall into a bright and colourful venue for the disco, with decorations draped to produce a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone had a great night as they danced to popular Christmas classics.
The Christmas jumper day was a huge success and pupils across the entire campus took part. The money raised by the Christmas jumper day was for school funds however, S6 pupils used the festivities to kick start their own fundraising activities for this year’s chosen charity, Clic Sargent, a charity which supports children with cancer. S6 pupils had worked tirelessly to bake cakes and tasty Christmas-themed treats to sell in a bake sale. The event was popular and raised approximately £170, a fantastic contribution to a year-long fundraising effort. So far the amount raised by the S6 is £353, with many more events coming up over the coming months.
